Job Description
NIIT Limited is hiring enthusiastic Soft Skills Trainers to train students and professionals in communication, personality development, interview preparation, and workplace etiquette. Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage learners through interactive sessions.
The trainer will be responsible for preparing training content, conducting classroom and online sessions, evaluating learner progress, and mentoring students to improve employability.
