Job Description
Sri Sai Precision Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications from skilled and enthusiastic candidates for the position of CNC Machine Operator. The selected candidates will be responsible for operating CNC Turning and CNC Milling machines, maintaining production quality, following engineering drawings, and ensuring smooth manufacturing operations.
This opportunity is suitable for both freshers with CNC training and experienced machine operators looking for career growth in the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Turning and CNC Milling machines.
- Load and unload raw materials into machines.
- Read and understand engineering drawings.
- Measure finished components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and gauges.
- Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities.
- Maintain production quality standards.
- Replace cutting tools when required.
- Record production details and daily reports.
- Follow workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness around the work area.
Qualification
- ITI (Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Tool & Die Maker)
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- CNC Machine Operator Certification (Preferred)
- 10th Pass with CNC Training may also apply
Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- 0–5 Years of CNC Machine Operating experience.
- Experienced candidates will receive salary based on skills.
