The prestigious event was held from May 30 to June 1, 2026, on the scenic waters of the Godavari River, bringing global attention to East Godavari and establishing the city as a major destination for international water sports.

The International Dragon Boat League witnessed participation from more than 25 countries and over 1,200 athletes competing in various categories including men’s, women’s, and mixed-team events.
